Ticket submissions are for any issues/edits/technical questions you may have. If you want a picture added, can’t edit a page, want me to revise the layout of a page, you should use ticket submission.
Messages are used for communication. Want to schedule a meeting? Send a message. Not sure if I saw a ticket? Send a message. Quick questions (Did I do this right? Should I edit a specific page? ) should also go through messages
The client area is for viewing guides and files I send you. Think of it as the self-help guide. If I see that a certain ticket issue I resolved may come up again that you would like to fix yourself (or know how to fix yourself), I might make it a page.
